PTSA Weekly Updates
One of the Northwest PTSA's most popular programs is our weekly email update. Each week, subscribers receive an informative email containing information about the upcoming events at school (not just PTSA events!) and also information of interest to parents and other Northwest community members. You'll also receive occasional special emails for important information that can't wait till the next weekly update. We try to keep those extra emails to a minimum.
While we would certainly like everyone in the Northwest community to join the PTSA, you don't have to be a member to subscribe to the Yahoo Group, and to receive the Weekly Updates. If you have already joined the PTSA, you will not need to rejoin again.
How to Subscribe

We recommend that you join the group using a Yahoo e-mail ID. Doing so will give you full access to the group, including web features, like past (archived) messages, polls, files, calendar, photos and more. You can even have your Yahoo e-mail forwarded to the e-mail address you use most often. To join, just click on the link above. If you don't want to create a Yahoo ID, you can still receive Northwest High School PTSA Yahoo group messages and Weekly Updates (with limited access). To join without a Yahoo ID, send an e-mail with your name, your student's name and grade to nwptsa-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.You'll receive an automated request to provide your personally identifiable information because the Yahoo Group is restricted to current students, parents and staff of NWHS. If you do not provide your information in the subscription e-mail, please do so once you receive this message.

Privacy information
The Northwest HS PTSA respects your desire to make your own decisions as to who has access to your email address. We will not release the email addresses of people receiving the weekly update emails to anyone unless we legally have to. The only people who can see your email address are the mailing list administrators. All the addresses on the list will be deleted at the end of each school year.
Only the weekly update editors and the PTSA President can send notes to the weekly update mailing list, but anyone is welcome to subscribe to receive the messages sent to the list.
